FreshThreads – Shipping Policy
Order Processing
  • Please allow 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Double-check all details before checking out.
  • We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.
  • All orders ship from New Delhi, India.
You’ll get an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
Due to high demand, items may occasionally go out of stock even after you place an order. In such cases, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
All orders are reviewed by our team and may be cancelled if flagged for security reasons.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Pre-Orders
  • Items marked as Pre-Order will ship once they arrive at our facility.
  • Payment is charged at checkout.
  • Pre-orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a courier marks a package as “delivered,” FreshThreads is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft. Please coordinate with the courier for claims.

During sales or promotions, all purchases are final sale and non-returnable.
