FRESHTHREADSS – Refund & Exchange Policy
Applicability
By purchasing from freshthreadss.com or initiating an exchange/return request, you agree to follow the terms outlined here.
We may update this policy from time to time — please review it before making a purchase to ensure you understand the current terms.
Return & Exchange Window
- We offer returns within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and all labels are intact.
- If you received the wrong product, you must share an unboxing video as proof when making your claim. Without the video, we cannot process the exchange.
- For all exchanges or replacements, there is a flat ₹150 replacement fee to cover shipping & handling costs.
- On request and subject to availability, we may also allow an exchange for a different product of equal or higher value — you’ll simply pay the price difference, if any.

Custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange. Please double-check your size before ordering.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours.

Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to ship the item back to our warehouse at your cost.

Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area pin code.
Processing & Timelines

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC).

Exchanges: If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll offer you another product or issue a FRESHTHREADSS Gift Card (valid for 6 months online or in-store).

Returns: Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Exchange delivery time: 7–10 working days from QC approval.
Return/Exchange Conditions
You can return/exchange if:
(a) The product doesn’t fit.
(b) The product is defective.
(c) Accessories/parts are missing.
Mandatory conditions for acceptance:

Product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

No stains, odor, perfume, tears, scratches, or signs of wear.

Sets/bundles must be returned in full.

Product matches our order records.

Please make an unboxing video of the product for hassle free experience.
We reserve the right to reject a return/exchange if these conditions are not met.
Cancellations

COD Orders: Cancellations allowed only if the order hasn’t been dispatched.

Prepaid Orders: All sales are final; no cancellations or refunds. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as gift cards valid for 6 months.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
